The Samsung SGH-P520 is a sexy looking device and of which gets rid of that boring old conventional keypad. The Samsung P520 Georgio Armani is a credit-card-sized touchscreen handset with a 3 megapixel camera.

It has a full touch activated interface and a QVGA touch-sensitive display in 320 x 240 pixels, capable of showing 262K colours. Samsungs P520 uses a microSD memory card slot on top of the 50 MB of internal memory.
